Along the strip of Dubai's Visionary Projects, there lies a new strategic site-Al Ghantoot. It is located at Dubai's border, approximately half way between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, in the vicinity of the coming development of Dubai Waterfront and the new International Airport. The project's vision is to create a TROPICAL PARADISE for rejuvenating and relaxation in a tropical atmosphere with an exotic oriental ambience.

The master plan respects the existing landforms and enhances into three areas, namely the hillside, the central garden and the beachfront. The project is proposed for its recognizibility from above through the unification of the Master Plan by using a configuration of LOTUS, a sacred oriental flower. On ground such configuration is plan in relation to sequential movement along the street and landmark locations.
