The site is covered by parallel massive structure of express ways. Even there is a wide canal near the site, the express way structure make the experience in the site perceiving no canal. Consequently, The attempt of the project is to create the opposite structure to re-emphasize the canal for bringing back vitality to the area as before. Public Programs and plants are also organized along the axes to the canal.
